Empowering young people through movement, mentorship and culture.
Delivered to schools, workplaces and communities across regional Queensland.
Quality Over Quantity | Consistent Delivery | Engagement | Impact | Community
Real change for a young person doesn't happen in isolation. It happens when the people around them, from family and schools to coaches and community, all pulling in the same direction. That's who RYZE Up is built for.
The reason we exist. Kids and teens across Mount Isa and Cloncurry who deserve movement, mentorship, cultural connection and adults who actually show up.
Schools carrying the weight of student wellbeing and engagement, looking for a program that turns up, delivers, and gets results.
Families who want more for their kids than screen time: structure, confidence and connection built through real activity.
Local groups and services working toward the same thing we are: stronger, safer outcomes for regional youth.
Clubs and teams who believe sport should build character as much as skill, like our own Outback Stylers.
Councils and regional bodies backing youth initiatives that actually reach Mount Isa, Cloncurry and the communities around them.
RYZE Up Youth Inc. delivers structured, intentional programs that support young people through movement, mentorship, and cultural connection. We work alongside schools and organisations across regional Queensland to build safe, engaging environments where youth can genuinely grow.
What makes us different? We are not about numbers. We are about depth of impact. Every program we run is designed with clear intent, delivered with consistency, and measured by the change we see in young people. Their confidence. Their engagement. Their sense of belonging.
We believe showing up matters. Not just physically, but relationally. Young people know the difference between someone going through the motions and someone who actually cares. That is the RYZE Up standard.

View Programs โA structured development program building skill, identity and pride for young players across Mount Isa and Cloncurry, with carnivals and games as the reward.
Meet The Team โHoliday programs and community gatherings that bring young people, families and partners together.
See Events โEvery RYZE Up program is built around a clear intention. We are not filling time. We are creating structured environments where young people can develop real skills, build confidence, and see consistent improvement in their behaviour, engagement, and sense of self.
Each program is designed as a solution, not just an activity. Whether a school is managing disengagement, preparing students for transition, or wanting to build cultural pride, we have a program engineered for that outcome.
Programs are fully customisable to suit your organisation, cohort size, and goals. We provide a tailored quote aligned to your budget.

17โ18 SeptemberWhat I appreciate most about the program is how well the sessions are structured and engaging for the players. It keeps everyone involved and focused on developing skills while building teamwork, confidence and communication. AJ and his team create a positive learning environment where players are encouraged to improve and enjoy the game. Please keep doing what you're doing, it's making a huge difference to the players' development and confidence, whilst getting enjoyment in the game. Thank you to everyone involved for the time and commitment you put into making it such a great experience for us and especially the kids.
Soti, ParentMy son was truly engaged in his own development, he was keen to improve. I loved that you included skills to help them be better people as well as better footy players. Thank you so much, we appreciate you all. Continued development, this is a great group of players, keep doing more of what you're doing. A tour would be pretty special. Thank you from both of us, from the bottom of our hearts we appreciate you and I'm glad I got to play a small part in their journey.
Michael, ParentI've appreciated the weekly communication, the extra things like journalling, the team discussions, and team building on and off the field, and how inclusive you have made my son and I feel in this team. My son has huge respect for AJ and Hana, and I have seen him improve so much in his football and behaviour. How organised and caring the team management has been, knowing everyone is being looked after, and thank you for the fuel voucher and all the great extras the boys have been given. They have been spoilt with a very high standard to live up to for future trips.
Robyn, ParentYou guys really care and make our boys feel so important and they can be their best selves and players. You guys go above and beyond. Only suggestion is you do another carnival or continue this development program with our boys, they love AJ and it's amazing for their self esteem and player development. We cannot thank you enough, you are such an inspiring whanau x
