The RYZE Up Framework
One pathway,from Year 6 intoadulthood.
Most programs run for a term and finish. The Framework follows a young person as they grow, from the nerves of starting high school to leading the next crew.
Why westart early.
In remote towns, the young people who drift usually show it early. Missed days, low confidence, a rough move into high school.
We use sport and movement to reach them before that turns into something bigger, and we stay with them as they grow. Each pathway meets a young person at a different stage. Together they make one journey, not a string of one-off activities.

01
RYZE READY
Transition with confidence.
Who it's for. Year 6 students getting ready for high school, with support that carries on once they arrive in Year 7.
Gets young people ready for the big move by building confidence, resilience, friendships and a strong sense of belonging, before the challenges turn into barriers.
